Do not use under covered areas or indoors

Perform a 30-minute initial burn on medium heat before first use
Always preheat the griddle for 7–10 minutes before cooking
Scrape food and grease into the grease pan while the surface is warm
Once fully cooled, wipe clean and dry before storage

What should I know before first use?

For best performance, allow the surface to preheat fully and add your favorite high-heat cooking oil before adding food. This ensures optimal searing and non-stick behavior.

What makes the bundle different from the griddle alone?

This bundle includes our custom-made Griddle stand with integrated propane storage, fold-down side shelves, and locking wheels, turning the griddle into a complete, mobile outdoor cooking station that’s ready to go right out of the box.

Does the cooking surface need to be seasoned?

No. The 304 stainless steel top layer of our proprietary 3-ply clad cooking surface resists rust and delivers low-stick performance without the need for seasoning, unlike traditional cast iron or carbon steel surfaces.

What type of fuel does it use?

The Steelfire™ Griddle operates exclusively with a 20-lb liquid propane tank equipped with a QCC-1 connection. The regulator and hose come pre-attached.

How do I clean it, and is the surface removable?

Yes. The cooking surface lifts off for easy cleaning. Scrape food debris into the grease trap while warm, then wipe with mild soap once cool. No seasoning or special tools are required.
