Pi Prime will reach temperatures in excess of 950°F. Each type of pizza crust is unique and the temperature should be adjusted accordingly. As a baseline, Neapolitan Pizza is typically cooked around 750° – 800°F . Depending on the thickness of your crust and the amount of toppings you use, you might want to cook at a higher or lower temperature. The thicker the crust, the longer the pizza will need to cook, which means that lower temperatures will be more forgiving.

Weighing in at just over 30 lbs (13,6 kilos)., Pi Prime can be taken wherever your cravings take you. Including, but not limited to, spicing up your neighbor’s dinner party, crafting artisan pies at your team’s tailgate, or elevating a weekend picnic.

Pi Prime operates exclusively on Propane Gas (LPG).

When using a standard 20lb. LPG tank, Pi Prime will last up to 20 hours on the “High” temperature setting.

Always ensure that you use Pi Prime on a level, stable, non -combustible surface. Please note Pi Prime is NOT compatible with Pi Stand.
