Full Payment Required At Checkout
All orders must be fully paid before warehouse packing and shipping begins. We cannot reserve Summit series fire pits, propane ovens or limited summer sale inventory without confirmed successful payment.
Currency & Extra Charges
All product prices displayed on our site are USD. If your bank account uses a different currency, your financial provider may apply independent currency conversion fees and international transaction charges—these are not controlled or charged by Solo Stoves.
Sales Tax & Shipping Fees
Tax rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping costs will show clearly before you submit payment. Orders over $199 qualify for complimentary free shipping as listed sitewide.
Payment Confirmation Email

All approved refunds return to your original payment method, following our official 30-Day Returns policy:
- Orders cancelled before warehouse shipment: 100% full refund processed within 3–7 business days
- Returned fire pits, pizza ovens or accessories: Refund issued after our warehouse receives and inspects returned items
- Installment payment refunds will adjust your remaining payment balance automatically via Shop Pay Refund processing times vary by bank and payment provider, and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
Fraud Verification Policy
We reserve the right to pause, decline or cancel any order flagged for potential fraudulent activity. Our customer team may reach out to request additional identity or billing verification before releasing your outdoor gear for delivery. Q: Do you offer wire transfer or bank deposit payments?
A: At this time, we only support card, PayPal, digital wallet and Shop Pay installment checkout. Bank transfers are not available for online orders.
Q: Can I split payment across multiple credit cards?
A: Our checkout only accepts one primary payment method per order. For large bundles, Shop Pay installments are our recommended split payment solution.
Q: Will I be charged immediately upon checkout?
A: Yes, full payment is authorized and processed instantly once you complete checkout. No pending holds or delayed billing for fire pit and accessory orders.
Q: Does Solo Stoves charge extra payment processing fees?
A: We absorb all standard payment gateway costs—there are no separate checkout processing fees added to your subtotal.
Q: Can I change my payment method after submitting an order?
A: Payment methods cannot be edited post-order submission. If you need to switch payment options, contact support to cancel your pending order and re-checkout with your preferred method before it ships.
